How to use anti-ageing creams? - I

anti aging

There are various anti-ageing creams that you can choose from but the important thing is to use them well. Everyday you come across new products that are advertised to the hilt, and all of whom claim to arrest or at least decrease the ageing process. Some of these creams do all that they are reputed to do, while others just fall by the way side. The process of using an anti-ageing cream is a combination of buying the cream and using it.

Instructions

Step 1

Before you buy an anti-aging cream, it’s important to check the ingredients that have gone into its making. The better anti-ageing or anti-wrinkle creams should include an acceptable sunscreen. One of the major reasons why your skin develops premature wrinkles is because of its exposure to sunlight. Experts suggest that a good anti-aging cream should have an SPF of 15 or more.

Step 2

Check whether your anti-aging cream has natural ingredients that help in skin hydration and improve the elasticity of your skin. Go through the list of ingredients at the back of the package and check whether the cream has ingredients like zinc, Vitamin C,D,E and A, peptides, keratin, and anti-oxidants. The combination of vitamins and minerals will together help tackle the process of aging.
