Can exercise cure your acne?

Everybody suffering from acne must have tried millions of different treatment options for getting rid of it. But there are very few, if any, who look at some of the simpler treatment solutions for acne. Exercise, for instance, is one of the simplest acne remedies. Yes, it's a remedial as well as a preventative solution for acne.

Forcing the toxins out

Regular exercise is going to help you force some of the toxins out of your body. Some of these toxins can be contributing to your acne problem. The logic behind this is very simple. When you exercise, you are going to sweat. This sweating is going to get those toxins out of your body.

Don't allow these toxins to rest on your skin

There is a school of thought that says, exercise can get those sweat glands working over time, but this might irritate the pores, exacerbating your condition. You need to be able to work around this problem, and this can be done by having a bath at the end of an exercise session. Wash off the sweat thoroughly, which ensures that no salt or toxin irritates your skin.

Mixing exercise with other treatment options

It's always a good idea to mix and match your treatment options when it comes to acne. No doubt, exercise is going to help you reduce your acne, but there is no harm if you combine this with other acne treatment systems such as no!no!Skin. This and many other topical solutions are available that help you treat your condition. Exercise can be considered an add-on therapy that offers many other benefits to your body.

Sarah says yes to Acnezine and no to acne

I have been suffering from acne since the time I was born. No, that's not quite true, but it seems I have been suffering from such a long time. Over the years I have tried almost everything that science has offered me against this pesky and at times painful problem, but I haven't found the kind of acne treatment I can rely upon. This was until I came across a product called Acnezine.

What is Acnezine?

This fast acting topical cream, made up entirely of natural ingredients, works against acne that is above your skin and also get rid of acne that is hiding under your skin. This is essentially a combination therapy that includes a cream and pills. You need to apply the cream containing benzerol peroxide to the area affected by acne and at the same time take one Acnezine pill every day. This combination helped me get rid of acne and at the same time made sure that all the impurities that can stimulate the recurrence of acne were removed from my body.

Should you go for it?

I am sure you have spent sleepless night thinking about how you are going to get rid of your acne. There are plenty of options available for this purpose such as the Trioxil acne gel. But, you need to choose the kind of option that suits your needs and requirements. I chose Acnezine because it gave me a natural solution for my problem. As far as its negatives are concerned, I did experience some dryness and itching earlier on, but all I did was reduce the time I applied this cream. Problem solved.

Whether you go for this cream or not is entirely your decision. All I ask you to do is take an informed decision while doing so.

About Sarah: Being a network administrator, Sarah's work hours are never fixed. She works in varying shifts, which makes her diet and sleep routines very irregular. Probably, this is the cause of her acne. In her quest of finding a good acne solution, she spent not only a good deal of money but also some of her peace. Acnezine's effectiveness drove her to find some time in her busy schedule and write about it.

Is Acne Outbreak a Symptom of Stress?

The connection between stress and acne has long been a topic of discussion with no conclusive results. However, a study carried out on students suffering from acne, did reveal that acne does have a tendency to worsen in situations that bring about extreme stress. It is strongly believed that acne appearances do increase during stressful situations. This however is not a surprising revelation to the millions of people who suffer from it even if the correlation between stress and acne had not been proven earlier.

Stress hormones lead to acne

It is understood that stress can cause your adrenal glands to produce male hormones, both testosterone and androgens. These male hormones then cause the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum, an oily substance. Increased production of this oily substance, when combined with dead skin cells, clogs the pores; this triggers a serious acne outbreak. Acne has no gender bias; it affects both the males and females alike.

Acne leads to stress and several other problems

Although acne is believed to be a symptom of stress, acne itself can also cause a lot of stress; they simply ‘pop up’ overnight, causing blemishes on your face. To prevent a further onslaught of acne, many people opt for acne treatment. Acne as a condition is most hated because it impacts your life negatively. People with acne often suffer from embarrassment and low self-esteem because they believe in the myth that poor hygiene causes acne. But, rest assured, there is absolutely no grain of truth in this misguided notion.

Acne treatment and stress management – Effective solution

When living in a world where enormous value is placed on beauty, acne can lead to a lot of stress in people having it. However with the timely use of acne remedies, people can get back their self-confidence and reclaim their social life. Since a relationship between acne and stress does exist, stress management may be an effective method to control future acne outbreaks.

Acne can appear anytime and they often appear when you least expect, for instance you may suddenly notice an acne when you are scheduled to attend a party or go on a date. Another major drawback of acne is that they may leave scars on your skin even after they have long gone away.
